First bail application has been filed by the applicant under Section 483 BNSS with regard to FIR No. 456/2025 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 506 IPC [corresponding Sections 318, 338, 336, 351(2) (3) BNS], Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda. 4. As per contents of First Information Report, the applicant alongwith co-accused are said to be in the business of mining and deceitfully induced informant to invest an amount of Rs.2,30,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Thirty Lakhs only) in their business with the promise that he would be inducted as a partner. It is stated that a notary agreement was also entered into between parties on 23.02.2023 whereafter a cheque was also issued. All
