This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.15 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 P.S.Chhapiya District Gonda. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that as per gang chart, applicant is shown involved in a single case bearing Case Crime No.163 of 2022 in which he has been enlarged on bail by this Court in Bail Application No.9409 of 2023 as averred in paragraph-7 of the affidavit and copy of the bail order has been brought on record as Annexure 3. 4.
