First bail application has been filed by the applicant under Section 483 BNSS with regard to FIR No. 665/2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 316(2), 110 BNS, Police Station Kotwali, District Unnao. 3. As per contents of First Information Report, the incident is said to have taken place on 30.07.2025 at about 09.30 P.M. when the informant's wife went to the house of applicant to seek return of an amount of Rs.10,000/- which had been given to the applicant as loan earlier but upon being presented with the demand applicant alongwith co-accused are said to have attacked the wife of informant resulting in serious injuries. 4.
