First bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.0458 of 2024 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow. 3. As per contents of first information report, the informant is co-owner of the agricultural properties indicated therein along with his sister-in-law, Manju Verma who has jointly purchased the said properties by means of registered sale deeds dated 30.07.2009 and 07.08.2009 and in pursuance thereof, their names were mutated over the properties.
