Amethi, District Amethi. 3. As per gang chart, applicant is shown involved in two cases bearing Case Crime No.129 of 2025 under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2) BNS and Case Crime No.89 of 2024 under Sections 386, 308, 325, 323, 504, 506 IPC in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the Trial Court in bail application No. 1991 of 2025 and bail application No. 1454 of 2024 respectively as averred in paragraph 5 of the affidavit filed in support of the application and the respective bail orders
