Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of opposite party-State. 1A. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.31 of 2026, under Section 2(b)(i), 2(b)(xi), 3(i) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Nigohan, District Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that as per gang chart, applicant is shown involved in six cases bearing Case Crime No.53 of 2025; Case Crime No.20 of 2025; Case Crime No.86 of 2026; Case Crime No.95 of 2025; Case Crime No.93 of 2025 and Case Crime No. 67 of 2025. It is submitted that applicant has been enlarged on bail in all the cases registered against him, as averred in paragraph -7 of the affidavit and copy of the bail orders have been brought on record
