First bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.196 of 2023 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Bahraich. 3. As per contents of first information report, certain mutations were incorporated in pursuance of alleged orders under Section 333 of U.P. Z.A & L.R. Act, which were subsequently indicated as being forged and F.I.R. has been registered against the beneficiaries including the applicant. 4. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in allegations levelled against her only on ground that she is one of the beneficiaries .
