Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of State and perused the record. 2. This first bail application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to enlarge him on bail with regard to Case Crime No. 351 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 U. P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Gurubuxganj, District Raebareli. 3. It is submitted that as per gang chart, applicant has been shown involved in six cases bearing case crime Nos. 157 of 2025, 158 of 2025, 4 of 2025, 130 of 2025, 243 of 2025, and 45 of 2025 in which he has already been enlarged on bail in bail application Nos. 2927 of 2025, 3177 of 2025, 3178 of 2025, 2518 of 2025, 2926 of 2025 and 2519 of 2025 respectively. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate has opposed application but does not dispute that the applicant has already been enlarged
