This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.01 of 2026 under Section 2(Kha)(1)(11)/3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 P.S. Jagdishpur, District Amethi. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that as per gang chart, applicant is shown involved in three cases bearing Case Crime No.24 of 2025; Case Crime No.284 of 2024 and Case Crime No.163 of 2024 in which he has been enlarged on bail in all the cases as averred in paragraph 7 of the affidavit and copy of the bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure 3 to the application. 4.
