Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of U.P. and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant seeking bail in FIR/Case Crime No. 0382 of 2024, under Section 5(L)/6 of POCSO Act,2012, Police Station-Harchandpur, District-Raebareli. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant had earlier moved a bail application No.1443 of 2026 under sections 65(1), 137(2), 87 BNS, 5/6 POCSO Act and vide order dated 25.2.2026, this court has granted bail to the applicant. It is submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in the present case under sections 65(1), 137(2), 87 BNS, 5L/6 POCSO Act, however, while moving bail application before the trial court as well as this Court, in stead of 5L/6 POCSO Act, sections 5/6 POCSO Act ha
