This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No.444 of 2025, Under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Sandi, District Hardoi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that general allegation of assault has been attributed to all the accused persons. In the statement of the injured, no specific role has been assigned to any of the accused including applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 14.9.2025 having no criminal history. The co-accused Rajeev Kashyap has been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Bail No.11906 of 2025.
