Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 161 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 B.N.S and Section 3/4 D.P Act, Police Station- Umaribegumganj, District-Gonda, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. The brief facts of the case are that an FIR dated 28.07.2025 has been lodged under Sections 85 and 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against five named accused persons, including the present applicant, who is the mother-in-law of the deceased. It has been alleged that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized on 30.06.2021 with the named accused Ramesh Chauhan.
