By means of this application, the applicants, who involved in Case Crime No.77/2025, Under Sections 105 & 238(Kha) BNS , Police Station - Chandapur, District - Rae Bareli, are seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. The brief facts of the case are that an F.I.R. dated 30.11.2025 has been lodged under Section 281 and 106(1) BNS (old Sections 304 and 201 I.P.C.), against the unknown persons alleging therein that the brother of the informant, aged about 40 years, who was habitual drinker and had no concern with the family. On 20.11.2025 there was a marriage / Barat in the village and the deceased under heavy intoxication / in drunken condition was dancing in front of the DJ and at that time some vehicle hit him and thereafter at around 8.00 AM on 30.11.
