Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 393 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85, 352 B.N.S and Section 3/4 D.P Act, Police Station- Sakaran, District- Sitapur, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. The brief facts of the case are that on 24.12.2025 an FIR has been lodged under Sections 80, 85 and 352 BNS and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against four named accused persons, including the present applicant, who is the father-in-law of the deceased, alleging therein that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized about two months prior to the incident. However, the accused persons, including the present applicant, were harassing the daughter of the informant by demanding a Bullet motorcycle
