On 2.3.2025 at about 4.00a.m., he found that his buffalo was missing. It is further alleged that earlier that night, some unknown persons had come near his house on motorcycles and those persons have taken his buffalo by theft. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the first information report.
