The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.1 of 2026, under Sections 2/3 (1) of U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Lambhua, District Sultanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, three cases have been shown against the applicant which have been duly explained in paragraph 8 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application, in which he has been granted bail, copies of which have been annexed as Annexure-3 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
