By means of this application preferred under Section 483 BNSS, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 127 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3),108 B.N.S. (corresponding Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 306 IPC, Police Station- Mohammadpur Khala, District Barabanki is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. Brief facts of the present case are that an FIR dated 03.03.2025 has been lodged under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3),108 B.N.S. (corresponding Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 306 IPC) and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 by the informant (wife of the applicant- now deceased) against the applicant and his mother (mother in law of the deceased) alleging therein that both the accused persons used to taunt about bringing less dowry and demanding Rs. 5
