Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.113 of 2024, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Bijnaur, District Lucknow. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, apart from the present case, three other cases have been shown against the applicant which have been duly explained in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Out of the said three cases, in two cases, the applicant has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, copies of bail orders, have been annexed as Annexure Nos..SA-1 and SA-3 to the supplementary affidavit.
