The accused applicant has love relations with another girl and wanted to live with her. He kidnapped the girl on 28.11.2025 and got married. It is further alleged that on 18.1.2026 at about 2.00 p.m., the accused applicant and her in-laws have while hurling abuses beaten her with lathi, danda, kicks and fits and with an intent to kill administered poison, due to which her condition became critical. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the alleged incident is of 18th January, 2026 whereas the first information report has been got registered on 20.1.2026.
