By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 321 of 2025, under sections 108 of the B.N.S. (corresponding Section 306 IPC), Police Station Itiyathok District- Gonda is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. The facts of this case are that on 25.12.2025, an application has been given by the informant to the Police that her 15 years old daughter has committed suicide by hanging herself from ceiling fan and on the very next date i.e. 26.12.2025, an FIR has been lodged against the applicant under Section 108 of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Section 306 IPC) alleging therein that the applicant and the daughter of the informant were students of the same school and both were friends.
