No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The applicant was not arrested from the spot; rather he was arrested from his cousin's house. The alleged recovery of knife, chopping block etc on the pointing out of the applicant and the co-accused Kaleem is false and concocted. In fact, as submitted above, nothing has been recovered from the applicant.
