Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.685 of 2025, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Shahabad, District- Hardoi. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, two cases have been shown against the applicant and in both the cases, the applicant has been enlarged on bail. The bail orders are on record as Annexure-3 and 4 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from the cases mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of five other cases which is duly explained in para no.7 of the affidavit file
