The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 232 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Kunda, District- Pratapgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, four cases have been shown against the applicant. In all the cases, the applicant has been enlarged on bail. The bail orders are on record as Annexure-2 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from the cases mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of 9 other cases which have duly been explained in para 9 of the bail application. The applicant is in jail since 1.12.202
