By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No.597/2025, Under Sections 103(1), 238(a) BNS, 2023, Police Station - Maurawan, District - Unnao, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 4. The brief facts of the case are that an F.I.R. dated 21.10.2025 has been lodged under Sections 103(1) and 201 BNS (Old Sections 302 and 201 IPC) against four named accused persons including the present applicant alleging therein that the brother-in-law of the son of the informant took a loan of Rs.1,50,000/- from the son of the informant and despite repeated request it was not returned. On 13.10.2025 the son of the informant after earning money reached directly to his in-law's house (Sasural) from Karnal
