The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.0693 of 2023, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Tadiyawan, District- Hardoi. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, two cases have been shown against the applicant and in both the cases, the applicant has been enlarged on bail. The bail orders are on record as Annexure-3 and 4 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
