Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.It is alleged in the prosecution case that the complainant's daughter aged about 16 years has been enticed away by the accused applicant, in which the father and brother of the complainant are also involved. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first information report has been lodged with unexplained delay of three days. It is submitted as per school record, date of birth of the prosecutrix is 1.1.2009. The prosecutrix has already been recovered. In her statement under sections 180 and 183 BNSS, she has not levelled any such allegation against the applicant, as has been alleged in the prosecution case.
