This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 61 of 2024, under sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, read with Section 11 of Cruelty to Animal Act, Police Station-Naugarh, District-Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case and is languishing in jail since 18.5.2025.
