The accused-applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0035 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 117(2), 3(5), 126(2) and 109(1) of the BNS, 2023, Police Station Kacchauna, District Hardoi. In the prosecution case, it is alleged that the accused, along with co-accused persons, while molesting the complainant, assaulted her husband Salim and others, namely Ali Jan, Jan Mohammad, Shan Mohammad, Waheed, Mohammad Jaan and Sahil, by beating them with sticks with an intention to kill them, and further looted the chain worn around the neck and a sum of Rs. 20,000 kept in the Alto car.
