Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No.01/2026, under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters Act, Police Station-Pihani, District- Hardoi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, three cases have been shown against the applicant, in which he has already been enlarged on bail. The bail orders have been brought on record. Apart from above, the applicant has criminal history of three cases which has been explained in para 4 of the supplementary affidavit. It is further submitted that the applicant is ready to furnish an undertaking in terms of the requirement of Section 19(4)(b) of the U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.
