The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail during trial in F.I.R./Case Crime No. 76 of 2026, under sections 8/18/21 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Thakurganj, District- Lucknow. As per prosecution version, the contraband substance, i.e. 310 gm of heroin and 135 gm of opium is said to be recovered from the possession of the co-accused. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.
