Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and pursued the material available on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No.0039 of 2026, under Section 8/21 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Kotwali Bikapur, District- Ayodhya. 4. As per the prosecution case, the contraband substance i.e., 35 gm. of smack is said to be recovered from the possession of the applicant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
