Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has also filed questionnaire document dated 13.6.2025 procured from the office of the District and Sessions Judge, Gonda regarding status of filing of chargesheet in Case Crime No.829 of 2023. Copy of the same is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, only one case have been shown against the applicant. Apart from the said case, the applicant has criminal history of 22 more cases, which have been duly explained in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit filed in support of the bail application. The applicant is in jail since 20.1.2026. 5.
