None is present on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. 2. Heard Sri Prem Chandra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shatruhan Yadav, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.143 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS (under Sections 304B, 498A IPC) and Section 3/4 DP Act, Police Station Bharatkoop, District Chitrakoot, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 5. He further argued, actually applicant was illiterate person and it appears, marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the applicant against her wishes and therefore after marriage she did not perform her matrimonial duties and due to thi
