The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 39 of 2025, under Sections 351(3), 308(2), 308(5), 319(2), 318(4), 3(5), 204, 238 BNS and Sections 66C and 66D I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown persons and name of the applicant surfaced during investigation and he has been languishing in jail since 21.11.2025.
