This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No. 664 of 2025 under Sections 109(1), 191(2), 191(3), 117(2) & 61(2) BNS, P.S.- Kotwali Nagar, District- Ayodhya. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. Even in the first statement of the complainant or the injured, the applicant is not named.
