Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State who has filed counter affidavit which is taken on record and perused the record. 2.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated. The applicant has explained previous criminal history of one case in para 20 of the bail application. It is submitted that total four persons have been made accused in this case, however, only the applicant has been charge-sheeted, that too after three years of the alleged incident. The applicant was an employee in Lokvani. The applicant has not committed any offence by showing fake and fabricated documents or electronic records to be genuine. He has not drawn the alleged amount. The applicant has surrendered before the court concerned
