The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.518 of 2025, under Sections 112, 318(4) BNS, Section 8/13(5) Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Medical, District- Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant was arrested by the police while the police was patrolling, in a sudden inspection. The applicant has been arrested along with the co-accused Rinku Kushwaha and a country made pistol, live cartridges, a swift desire car and mobile phones were recovered.
