The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 138 of 2024, under Sections 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and Section 66-D I.T. Act, registered at P.S. Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 21.11.2025. It is submitted that the applicant was not named in the F.I.R. However, during investigation his name surfaced and he is said to have received some amount in his bank account from the account of co-accused Razia. I
