The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2021, under Sections 272 IPC and Section60/72 Excise Act, Police Station Eka, District Firozabad during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, in the instant matter applicant was released on bail after considering the merit of the case on 22.02.2021 and thereafter he though attended the trial court for three years but in the year 2024 for his livelihood he went to Delhi and therefore since March, 2024 he could not attend the court. He further submits, therefore, it cannot be said that applicant is an absconder. 4. He further submits, in the present matter applicant is in jail since 12.09.2025 i.e. for almost seven month
