List has been revised. 2. Heard Sri Sunil Vashisth, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 506 IPC, Police Station Hastinapur, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that he had an altercation with the villager Suresh Pal S/o Nain Singh and his son Aditya. The informant's father objected before Suresh Pal whereupon, Suresh Pal had threatened the father of the informant to see him later on. 5. On 28.06.2024, the informant, his father Somvir and his mother Hemlata were going from his house towards the plot of his uncle Ravendra. As they reached in front of the house of the Suresh Pal at about 01:00
