The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.122 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(2) and 61(2) BNS, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad during pendency of the trial. 3.
