Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 878 of 2025, under Section 8/20 b(ii) C NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Kankar Khera, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 6.12.2025.
