Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 48 of 2026, under Sections 65(1), 89, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Mau, District - Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. It is alleged that the applicant ravished the victim, resulting in her pregnancy. The said pregnancy is further alleged to have been terminated at the behest of the applicant.
