The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.78 of 2026, under Sections 64, 351(3) BNS, Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 67A I.T. Act, Police Station Kithor, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have raped the victim about one and a half years before the institution of FIR and had even video recorded the said act and threatened the victim to make it viral on social media
