Heard Sri Sharad Pathak, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Shri Vishal Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Bhupendra Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 66 of 2026, under Section 103(1) [302 I.P.C] and 238(1) [201 I.P.C.] 61(2) [120 B I.P.C] of B.N.S registered at Police-Station- Gagal hedi in District Saharanpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, a charred body of the deceased was found in an Alto car belonging to co-accused Arjun. Subsequently, Arjun is stated to have confessed to killing the deceased and thereafter burning the body by pouring petrol over it.
