The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 66 of 2026, under Section 103(1) [302 I.P.C] and 238(1) [201 I.P.C.] 61(2) [120 B I.P.C] of B.N.S registered at Police-Station- Gagal hedi in District Saharanpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, a charred body of the deceased was found in an Alto car belonging to co-accused Arjun. Subsequently, Arjun is stated to have confessed to killing the deceased and thereafter burning the body by pouring petrol over it.
