It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is posted as Constable in RTO department. It is alleged that the applicant has demanded from the complainant, who is a transporter a sum of Rs.5,000/- per truck for passing of the truck. As per the first information report Rs.90,000/- has been paid by on-line transfer as well as cash. It was stated that the truck of the complainant was over weighted and as such a challan was made of the truck on 20.2.2026 by applicant and being annoyed by the aforesaid challan, the complaint has been made.
