Heard Sri Karunesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Raghavendra Sharan Tiwari, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.513 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238, 352, 61(2) BNS and Section-9M/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Kotwali Hata, District-Kushinagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story, the deceased was an student of an institute which was being run by the applicant. The applicant has informed the first informant at 3:40 am on 12.09.2025 about the death of the deceased. On reaching the premises, the family member of the deceased found certain injuries on his body
