The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 237 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
