The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0370 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 131, 110, 105 B.N.S., Police Station- Chhata, District- Mathura during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
