The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.222 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 of the BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Belhar Kala, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 4.
